CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2007-139 <br />BY: Mayor O'Grady <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUSE ADMINISTRATIVE AND <br />LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEAR 2008, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2004-164, as amended from time to time, established the rates of compensation ranges <br />and benefits for the City's various administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2004 through 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council, pursuant to the Mayor's recommendation, to establish compensation rate <br />ranges and benefits for the City's various administrative and legislative personnel for the year 2008; <br />WHEREAS, said new compensation rate ranges reflect a zero percent (0%) increase in the year 2008 over the <br />ranges previously established for the year 2007; <br />NGW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for administrative and legislative <br />personnel of the City of North Olmsted. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Mayor as <br />appropriate. <br /> (BW = Biweekly; PH = Per Hour) <br /> FROM TO pay <br /> 2008 Type <br />A. Mayor (established by separate Ordinance 2004-188, through 2009) <br />B. Director of Public Service 1,923.08 2,834.46 gW <br />C. Director of Public Safety 1,923.08 2,834.46 gW <br />D. Director of Community Life 1,923.08 2,834.46 gW <br />Services <br />E. Director of Human Resources 1,923.08 2,834.46 gW <br />F. Director of Planning 1,923.08 2,834.46 gW <br />G. Administrative Assistant 961.54 2,121.10 gW <br />(Full-Time) <br />H. Administrative Assistant 12.00 26.51 PH <br />(Part-Time) <br />1. Civil Service Secr. Part-Time 9.00 13.38 PH <br />J. Work days, hours worked per day, part-time or full-time status of the Mayor's Administrative <br />Assistant shall be determined as deemed appropriate by the Mayor. <br />Section 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Law <br />The salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Law as appropriate. <br /> FROM TO pay <br /> 2008 Type <br />A.
