?. <br />?. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2007 - 136 <br />BY: Mayor O'Grady <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A TRAFFIC SIGNAL LOOP <br />DETECTOR MAINTENANCE EASEMENT ON REAL PROPERTY <br />AT 27045 LORAIN ROAD OWNED BY ROBERT J. BENIK AND <br />WILLIAM G. BENIK. <br />WHEREAS, Robert J. Benik and William G. Benik, the owners, have offered a <br />permanent Traffic Signal Loop Detectar Maintenance Easement to the City of North <br />Olmsted on real property they own at 27045 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, and <br />which is identified as Permanent Parcel Number 235-01-010 in the Office of the <br />Cuyahoga County Recorder; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor, on behalf of <br />the City, to accept said Easement so that the City may install, reinstall and maintain the <br />traffic signal loop detectors and appurtenances within the said Easement area; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLSMTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to accept, on behalf <br />of the City of North Olmsted, a permanent Traffic Signal Loop Detector Maintenance <br />Easement from Robert J. Benik and William G. Benik, owners of certain real property <br />located at 27045 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, and lcnown as Permanent Parcel <br />Nwnber 235-01-010. A copy of said Easement is attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit <br />A. <br />SECTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby directed <br />to cause the fully-executed original of said Easement document to be recorded in the <br />Office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance take effect and be in force from the earliest <br />period provided for by law. <br />//? o Q 7 <br />PASSED: a0U,2 First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: ?- ?-? <br />Committee: <br />
