3. <br />X-w <br />SIGNAL LOOP DETECTOR EASEMENT <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio and known as being a <br />part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 21, Tract 6, also known as being a part of <br />Consolidated Lots 23 & 24 as recorded in Plat Book 266, Page 12 of said County's records, and <br />being further bounded and described as follows: <br />Commencing at the south right of way of Whitethorn Avenue (40 feet wide) and at the northeast <br />corner of said Consolidated Lots and the northwest corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Isabel M. <br />Thomas as recorded in Instrument Number 199906291009, said point being the TRUE PLACE <br />OF BEGINNING of the parcel of land hereinafter described, thence clockwise along the following <br />four (4) courses and distances: <br />1) Thence along the west line of said Isabel M. Thomas, Due South for a distance of 22.29 feet to <br />a point; <br />2) Thence Due West for a distance of 20.64 feet to a point; <br />3) Thence Due North for a distance of 25.36 feet to a point on the south right of way of said <br />Whitethorn Avenue; <br />4) Thence along said right of way line, S 82° 17' 00" E for a distance of 22.85 feet to the True <br />Place of Beginning and containing 0.0124 acres (540 sq.ft.) of land, more or less, and subject to all <br />easements, restrictions and covenants of record as surveyed under the supervision of James E. <br />Karing, P.S.
