? <br />Ordinance No. 2007-133 <br />901.05 DEDUCTION AND REFUND. <br />When such work is completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, the cost of <br />inspection and supervision shall be forwarded to the Finance Director, who shall ie <br />deduet deduct such costs from the deposit made by the applicant. ? <br />sttpe4sie}r. Costs shall be calculated at the rate of forty dollars ($40.00) per hour per <br />man Monday through Friday, sixty dollars ($60.00) per hour per man on Saturday and <br />eighty dollars ($80.00) per hour per man on Sunday or a City holiday for the field crew <br />for inspection. Where the repair work is done by or under the direction of the City, the <br />cost of such work shall be deducted from the deposit required under Section 901.01, <br />together with the cost of engineering and supervision. Any excess remaining, after <br />reimbursement of costs and payment of charges for such work, shall be returned to the <br />applicant not sooner than six months following satisfactory performance in <br />completion of restoration work to the satisfaction of the City Engineer as provided <br />above. <br />(Ord. 96-26. Passed 3-5-96.) <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and further for the reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect <br />immediately to coardinate with the passage of Ordinance 2007-124, also involving <br />regulation of the public right of ways, and to protect the safety of pedestrians and <br />motorists using the right of way, and further provided that it receives the vote of two- <br />thirds of the members of this Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />A T ST: <br />, <br />zzz <br />BARBARA L.
