That the COUNTY shall contribute ten (10%) percent of the iion-Issue 1 share of the cost <br />of construction which is determined to be eligible by the Cuyahoga CoLinty Engiileer's <br />policies up to a nlaximLum of $260,000.00. The lnticipated construction cost for this <br />project is $2,600,000.00. To determine funding eligibility, t11e COUNTY s11a11 be <br />notified immediately of any significant changes to the scope of worlc and/or construction <br />cost. <br />4. Within the corporlte limits of the MUNICIPALITY, the MtINICIPALITY shall <br />contribute ten (10%) percent of the non-Issue 1 share of the cost of construction <br />determined to be eligible by the Cuyahoga County Engineer's policies and one hundred <br />(100%) percent of the cost of construction stipervision, engineerillg, rigllt-of-way, <br />contract adniiiiistl-ation, and construction detei7nined not eligible by the Ctiiyahoga County <br />Engineer's policies.
