(7) Parcel delivery establishments;
<br />(8) Monument works; and
<br />(9) Bulk storage or warehouses for such material as building materials,
<br />contractors' equipment, cotton, wool, fabrics, feed, furniture,
<br />machinery, materials other than scrap or junk, paint, pipe, rubber,
<br />shop or store supplies provided there shall be no storage of discarded
<br />or salvage articles or of any material outside of buildings.
<br />(10) Public storage establishments.
<br />(11) Dog and/or cat kennels. Buildings primarily used for the boarding
<br />of dogs and/or cats for a fee; provided, however, that animal noise
<br />and odor must be effectively confined to any such building so used;
<br />that no part of any building so used may be located within 700 feet
<br />fi-om any dwelling in the City; and that the total number of animals
<br />witllin any building or buildings so used may not exceed fifty per
<br />acre of parcel upon which said building or buildings are located.
<br />(f) Similar Uses. Any Limited Industry-Industrial Park District use not listed
<br />above or in paragraph (g) below may be permitted upon approval of the
<br />Planning and Design Commission provided that:
<br />(1) An interpretation that the proposed use is similar to the permitted use
<br />has first been obtained from the Board oi' Zoning Appeals;
<br />(2) Such use is not listed in any other classification of permitted
<br />buildings or uses, and is more appropriate to and conforms more
<br />closely to the basic characteristics of Limited Iildustry-Industrial
<br />Park District uses than to any other classification; and
<br />(3) Such a use does not generate traffic to a greater extent than other
<br />permitted uses listed in this classification, and is similar as to hours of
<br />operation of other permitted uses.
<br />(u) Conditional Uses. The followin2 use mav be permitted in a Limited
<br />Industry-Industrial District only, and only if a conditional use
<br />permit is issued in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1118:
<br />? Cori°ectional Facilities as defiued in Section 1115.06 of this Code.
<br />SECTION 3: That, in all other respects, the North Olmsted Zoning Code, as
<br />amended and supplemented from tinie to time, shall remain in full force and effect.
<br />SECTION 4: That original Sections 1115.06 and 1139.01- 1145.03 of the Zoning
<br />Code amended herein are expressly repealed and all other ordinances or parts of
<br />ordinances or resolutions that are inconsistent or in eonflict with the newly amended
<br />sections are likewise repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or coiiflict only.
<br />SECTION 5: That, if any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, ter-?n,
<br />provisioii or part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged by any court of competent
<br />jui-isdiction to be invalid or inoperative, such judgment shall not affect, impaii- or
<br />invalidate the remainder tllereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the section,
<br />paragraph, seiltence, clatise, phrase, term, provision or part thei-eof directly involved in
<br />thc controversy in which such judgment shall have been rendered.
