(4) Ceramics, pottery, dishware, figurines and tile from clay and the <br />enameling of pottery ware or metals. <br />(e) Services, Sales and Storage Establishments. Services, sales and storage <br />establishments are limited to: <br />(1) Cleaning, dyeing and dry cleaning establishments and carpet <br />cleaning; <br />(2) Repair of household appliances and goods produced by <br />manufacturing and assembly processes permitted above; <br />(3) Food, confection and drug preparation; <br />(4) Bottling plants and creameries; (5) Cold storage and food locker plants; <br />(6) Household and maintenance services, dry cleaning and laundry, <br />dyeing, rug cleaning, janitorial and mainCenance services; <br />(7) Parcel delivery establishments; <br />(8) Monument works; and <br />(9) Bulk storage or warehouses for such material as building materials, <br />contractors' equipment, cotton, wool, fabrics, feed, furniture, <br />machinery, materials other than scrap or junk, paint, pipe, rubber, <br />shop or store supplies provided there shall be no storage of discarded <br />or salvage articles or of any material outside of buildings. <br />(10) Public storage establishments. <br />(11) Dog and/or cat kennels. Buildings primarily used for the boarding <br />of dogs and/or cats for a fee; provided, however, that animal noise <br />and odor must be effectively confined to any such building so used; <br />that no part of any building so used may be located within 700 feet <br />from any dwelling in the City; and that the total number of animals <br />within any building ar buildings so used may not exceed fifty per <br />acre of parcel upon which said building or buildings are loeated. <br />(t) Similar Uses.
