CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 2007 - 11 By: Mayor O'Grady A RESOL UTION A UTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH MAXIM HEALTH SYSTEMS, LLC, FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF INFL UENZA AND PNEUMONIA VACCINES AT THE NORTH OLMSTED SENIOR CENTER. WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor to enter into a contract on behalf of the City of North Olmsted with Maxim Health Systems, LLC, for the administration of influenza and pneumonia vaccines at the North Olmsted Senior Center; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to enter into said contract in order to obtain said services for the benefit of the senior population; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH ULMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Maxim Health Systems, LLC, for the administration of influenza and pneumonia vaccines at the North Olmsted Senior Center. Said contract shall be substantially in the form of the "Immunization Calendar - Clinic Provided to North Olmsted Seniar Center" Agreement, marked as Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, with only such changes therein as are not substantially adverse to the City and which are approved by the Director of Law. The character of any such changes as not being substantially adverse to the City shall be evidenced conclusively by the execution of the Agreement by the Mayor and the approval of the Agreement by the Director of Law. SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period provided by law. (;??
