NEO I SO <br />SECTION 20 <br />CONSISTENCY WITH ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION <br />20.1 Consistency with Articles of Incorporation. If any provision of this Code of <br />Regulations is inconsistent with the Corporation's Articles of Incorporation (as amended from <br />time to time), the Articles of Incorporation (as so amended at the time) will govern. <br />20.2 Severabilitv.
