? <br />t <br />NEO I SO <br />The term "Offering" means any of the following as provided by NEOSO to its Members <br />under this Agreement: (i) consulting and management services, (ii) certain sound business <br />practices and processes developed and implemented as shared services, and (iii) collective <br />purchases and services negotiated under Available Contracts. <br />The term "Offering Addendum" means any addendum to a Master Agreement uilder <br />which the Governmental Entity purchases Offerings in accordance with the terms of an <br />Available Contract. <br />The term "Person" means an individual, nominee, trust, or Entity whether acting on its <br />own or in a representative capacity. <br />The term "Products" means goods and products made available from vendors to NEOSO, <br />as the saine may be changed froin time to time. <br />The term "Schedule of Dues" means the schedule of annual membership dues payable by <br />each Member as authorized by NEOSO's Code of Regulations and adopted by its Board of <br />Directors. <br />The term "Services" means services made available from service providers to NEOSO, as <br />the same may be changed from time to time. <br />«CL2263588Y l» <br />-15- <br />Norcheast Ohio Sourci?ng Office I 5422 East )Gth S[.
