??F.. <br />Overview of ADW Products and Services <br />Parts Ordering Process <br />ADW provides NEOSO's members with a variety of inethods for ordering parts: <br />• Dedicated sales consultants - NEOSO members are assigned a dedicated sales <br />consultant who makes regularly scheduled sales calls. <br />• Phone - ADW has four (4) dedicated call centers available during business hours. <br />• Fax - NEOSO inembers may fax stock orders directly to our call centers. <br />• Einail - all our call centers agents have individual email accounts. <br />• Online - ADW offers several online options for ordering: ADWI.com or Nexpart. <br />Both enable NEOSO members to look up parts, view pricing and availability, and <br />order parts froin multiple locations. Nexpart includes a parts catalog. <br />Delivery Service <br />ADW will provide 1 time a day delivery to NEOSO members for stock replenishment. <br />Additional scheduled and emergency deliveries are available based on proximity to an <br />ADW location. Will call is available at most locations. <br />Inventory Management <br />Utilizing vehicle lists, ADW is able to provide NEOSO members with complete parts <br />listings and quick lookups (listing of most popular part numbers by vehicle) to simplify <br />ordering. Once the vehicle inventory and parts listings are developed, ADW ensures <br />product availability at the servicing warehouse and supporting Hub location. ADW uses <br />a replenishment system for all of the Spoke locations that enables daily replenishment of <br />parts. ADW sales and inventory management consultants are also available to develop <br />recommended stocking guides based on vehicles serviced and parts usage data. <br />ADW also offers a variety of programs that help NEOSO members maintain current, <br />moving inventory on their shelves. Programs include an obsolete inventory program that <br />enables NEOSO members to swap old, obsolete product for new product; stock update <br />programs that monitor and update inventory on an annual basis; and parts return <br />programs that enable NEOSO members to retuni a certain percentage of inventory each <br />year. <br />Parts Warranty and Returns <br />Our suppliers all offer a warranty on parts that ADW makes available to customers. The <br />typical parts warranty ranges from 12 months / 12,000 miles to 24 months / 24,000 miles. <br />ADW handles core processing and new returns internally. NEOSO members are able to <br />return new parts to ADW without charge within 30 days. Cores are picked up and <br />credited within 30 days as well. <br />-2- <br />?????x-??R??
