. NEO I SO ADWAutortiotive 0lstributors VYarehause <br />(e) Hours of Operation. ADW's current hours of operation are typically 7:30 A.M. to <br />5:00 P.M. on weekdays. ADW is currently closed on Federal holidays. <br />(f) Eligible Parts. ADW carries products from a range of original equipment and <br />aftermarket manufacturers that are available to Governmental Entity through the <br />Available Contract (see the product line card in Exhibit B). ADW will work with <br />Governmental Entity personnel to develop a complete listing of parts available to <br />Governmental Entity through this Available Contract ("Eligible Parts"). The <br />Eligible Parts list will be customized to correspond to Governmental Entity's <br />vehicle list. <br />(g) Stocking Guides and Requirements. ADW inventory management consultants <br />will work with Governmental Entity personnel to develop a stocking guide based <br />on Governmental Entity's vehicles serviced and parts usage data. <br />(h) ADW Inventory Management. ADW will ensure availability of Eligible Parts at <br />its servicing warehouse and supporting hub locations. ADW uses a <br />replenishment system for all of its spoke locations that enables daily <br />replenishment of parts. <br />(i) Governmental Entity Inventory Management. ADW provides several <br />programs to help Governmental Entity maintain current, moving inventory on its <br />shelves. Programs include: (i) an obsolete inventory program that enables <br />Governmental Entities to swap old, obsolete automotive parts for new product; <br />(ii) stocking update programs that monitor and update Governmental Entity's <br />inventory on an annual basis, and; (iii) automotive parts return programs that <br />enable Governmental Entity to return a certain percentage of inventory each <br />year. <br />Q) Automotive Parts Warranty and Returns. ADW provides supplier warranties <br />on all the parts sold to Governmental Entity. Those warranties are typically either <br />12-month / 12,000 miles or 24-month / 24,000 miles. ADW will handle core <br />processing and new returns internally. Governmental Entity may return new <br />parts to ADW with no charge within 30 days of original delivery. ADW will also <br />pick up and credit oil cores within 30 days. <br />(k) Technical Support and Training. ADW and its suppliers (ACDelco and <br />Motorcraft) offer a variety of high quality, technical parts information, support and <br />training opportunities. Resources available to Governmental Entity include: (i) <br />supplier field representatives; (ii) technical hotlines; (iii) technical support <br />websites; (iv) technical service bulletins, and; (v) ACDelco and Motorcraft <br />technical training as available. To access these technical support and training <br />opportunities, Governmental Entity should contact its ADW representative <br />directly. <br />Section 1.4 Estimated Schedule of Automotive Parts Products and Services <br />Implementation.
