<br />Resolution No. 2007-34 <br />WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the City Landmarks Commission and <br />Director of Planning that the City encourage this effort to recognize the historical <br />significance of Springvale and authorize the application for a marker under the criteria of <br />the Ohio Historical Society; <br />NO W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED B Y THE CO UNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to make and file an <br />application to the Ohio Historical Society to designate and to obtain an Ohio Historical <br />marker for Springvale Ballroom, in substantially the form and substance of the <br />application format supplied by the Ohio Historical Society and on file with the City <br />Landmarks Commission. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ? o24d FirstReading: 111,316 1? <br />Second Reading.• H/ 7 D <br />Third Readin :- <br />Committee: ,u,d-?c? 1•-- ? <br />ATT T: <br />L.
