6- Check running amps and voits. 7- Check condensate drains, pans and lines for blockage. 8- Check biower befts for condition, tension and alignment. 9- Check and lubricate all bearings. 10 - Check blowers for cieanliness. 11- Check sight glass moisture irxiicator. 12 - Inspect all safety controfs for proper operation. 13 - Check cooling and heating change-over controls. 14 - Inspect contactor contacts. 15 - Check, lubricate and adjust fresh air dampers. 16 - Inspect evaporator coils. 17 - Check compressor oil levels where possible. 18 - Inspect starting and running controls. 19 - Check for vibration and noise. 20 - Inspect a!I retays. 21- Clean and adjust bumers. 22 - Inspect flue piping. 23 - Clean and adjust pilots. 24 - Clean and adjust all controls. 25 - Inspect heat exchangers. 26 - Check overall operation. 27 - Brush indoor coils where needed. GENERAL TERMS AND CONUITIONS: LK HEATING & COOLING, INC. agrees to inform the Service Department at N.O. Service Garage of any repairs needed or unsafe conditions of equipment. LK HEATING & COOLING, INC. wiil also perform emergency service for the sum of $76.00 per hour during normal woricing hours and $114.00 per hour during overtime hours. All parts needed will be discounted 10 percent. LK HEATING & COOLING, INC. will endeavor to render prompt service hereunder, but it is expressly agreed that LK HEATING & COOLING, INC. shall in no event be liable for damage or loss caused by delay arising out of the performance of this Agreement. THE CTTY OF NQRTH OLMSTED - SERVICE GARAGE agrees fio operate the equipment per our recommendations and to permit only LK HEATING & COOLING, INC. technicians to work on the equipment. IXCLUDED FROM THIS AGREEMENT ARE THE FOLLOWING: Any repairs required because of negligence, misuse of equipment or because of fire, flood, Acts of God, shortages of electrical, gas or water supply, sabotage or damage caused by fneezing.
