<br />,?. <br />? <br />as to grant an Access Easement to the City for pubiic use of the "hammerhead" turnaround <br />at the terminus of Kennedy Ridge Road. <br />2. The GCRTA shall, within thirty (30) days of the completion of the property <br />vacation of part of Kennedy Ridge Road, by both the City and the County of Cuyahoga, <br />convey and cause to be recorded perpetual Easements to secure gas and water utilities and <br />shall further grant an Access Easement to the City for public use of the "hammerhead" <br />turnaround at the terminus of said Road. <br />3. The GCRTA and the City agree that the "hammerhead" turnaround to be <br />constructed in accordance with plans for the expansion of the Park N Ride at the terminus of <br />Kennedy Ridge Road will be instailed and maintained at the expense of GCRTA and will, by <br />virtue of the aforesaid Access Easement, provide for ingress and egress of municipal safety, <br />service and remain free and open to the public, functioning as a roadway. <br />4. The GCRTA shall participate in the funding of the resurfacing of Kennedy <br />Ridge Road. <br />5. All pavement resurfacing, appurtenances and incidental items shall be in <br />accordance with the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material <br />Specifications January 1, 2005. <br />6. In compensation for the City's design and resurfacing of Kennedy Ridge <br />Road, the GCRTA shall pay the City an amount not to exceed Twenty-Four Thousand <br />Dollars ($24,000).
