<br />A RESOL UTION A UTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF HUMAN
<br />RESOURCES TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR COMPREHENSIVE
<br />MUNICIPAL LIABILITY, AUTOMOTIVE LIABILITY AND
<br />PHYSICAL DAMAGE, PUBLIC OFFICIALS ERRORS AND
<br />OMISSIONS, POLICE PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY, PROPERTY,
<br />INLAND MARINE, BOILER AND MACHINERY, BROAD FORM
<br />CRIME, EDP, UMBRELLA, LIQUOR LIABILITY AND OTHER
<br />vARIOUS INSURANCE COVERAGE REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF
<br />NOR TH OLMSTED, AS A PA CKA GE, AND A UTHORIZING THE
<br />MA YOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRA CT FOR SAID INS URANCE
<br />PACKAGE WITH THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER, AND
<br />SUBJECT TO APPRO VAL BY THE BOARD OF CONTROL.
<br />WHEREAS, bid specifications for the purchase of Comprehensive Municipal
<br />Liability, Automotive Liability and Physical Damage, Public Officials Errors and
<br />Omissions, Police Professional Liability, Property, Inland Marine, Boiler and Machinery,
<br />Broad Form Crime, EDP, Umbrella, Liquor Liability and other various insurance
<br />coverage required by the City of North Olmsted, as a package, and as prepared by the
<br />Director of Human Resources, are on file in the office of the Director of Huma..
<br />Resources; and
<br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Director of Human
<br />Resources to advertise for bids, and, to further authorize the Mayor, upon approval of the
<br />Board of Control, to enter into an agreement or agreements for the purchase of said
<br />insurance package with the lowest and best bidder;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO:
<br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Human Resources be and she is hereby
<br />authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of Comprehensive Municipal Liability,
<br />Automotive Liability and Physical Damage, Public Officials Errors and Omissions,
<br />Police Professional Liability, Property, Inland Marine, Boiler and Machinery, Broad
<br />Form Crime, EDP, Umbrella, Liquor Liability and other various insurance policies
<br />necessary for the City of North Olmsted, as a package, and in accordance with the
<br />specifications now on file in her office and that, upon approval by the Board of Control,
<br />that the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with the
<br />lowest and best bidder for said insurance coverage package.
