STANDARD HIGHWAY EASEMENT <br />PARCEL NO. 95SH <br />AUDITOR'S PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 233-24-036 <br />The Constructiori of Crocker Road (CR-118) and the' <br />Grading, Draining, Paving and Widening of Stearns Road (CR-76) <br />In the Cities of Westlake and North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio <br />KNOW ALL NIEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That the City of North Olmsted, a municipal corporatiori, the Grantor herein, for and in <br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and for other good and valuable considerations <br />paid to it by the County of Cuyahoga, in the name, and for the use, of the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, a <br />perpetual easement and right-of-way for public highway and road purposes, in, upon and over <br />certain real estate owned by the Grantor, situated in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and more fully <br />described in Exhibit "°A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />It is understood that the said land described herein contains 15,691 square feet. <br />Grantor claims title by instruments recorded in Volume 10340, Page 153, of Cuyahoga <br />County Records. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement and right-of-way unto the Grantee, its <br />successors.and assigns forever. <br />And the said Grantor, for itself and its successors and assigns, hereby covenants with the <br />said Grantee, its successors and assigns that it is the true and lawful owner of said premises, and <br />it is lawfully seized of the same in fee simple, and has good right and full power, to grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey, and release the same in manner aforesaid. <br />--. ---- _ _. ? ._-, _--. <br />F .. .. . . _ .... <br />F` <br />? ..1. :L: .._...
