iwab.-aWSL.i'••?-•• <br />Ordinance No. 2004-188 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to comply with the requirements of <br />the Charter of the City of North Olmsted regarding the establishment of salaries at least <br />thirty (30) days prior to the filing of nominating petitions, and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />First Reading.• 1,2 '7 c? ? <br />Second Reading: l? a-r e? <br />Third Reading: 1 U Os <br />Committee: <br />ATTEST.• <br />Barbara L.
