STATE HIGHWAY 85,000 85,000 <br />STEP - - <br />STEP - - <br />STOP 312,482 312,482 <br />TITLE III GRANT FUND 18,174 18,174 <br />TRUST AND AGENCY 186,000 92,525 278,525 <br />ALL OTHER FUND TOTAL 23,261,493 97,827 23,359,320 <br />GRAND TOTAL 59,851,329 92,525 59,943,854 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the <br />Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the City <br />Treasury for payment from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates <br />and vouchers therefore, approve by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />ordinance or resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn <br />or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law <br />or ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended <br />upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council and for purposes other than those covered by the <br />specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date <br />permitte byArticle IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: t <br />ATTLSt; <br />B rbara L.
