<br />SECTION 9: AUTHORITY TO SIGN: <br />That the Mayor of said Municipality is hereby empowered and directed on behalf of <br />the Municipality to enter into agreements with the County and ODOT necessary to <br />complete the planning, engineering and construction of this improvement, including <br />the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />2. That the Mayor of said Municipality is hereby empowered and directed on behalf of <br />the Municipality to make an application to the Cuyahoga County Board of <br />Commissioners for approval to use County Motor Vehicle License Tax Funds for the <br />improvement. <br />SECTION 10: That it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to this legislation were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and <br />that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal <br />action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements including <br />Article XV of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 11: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately because of <br />approaching County deadlines for cooperation and consent; and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: C' <br />ATT?ST: <br />?}.. ?. : <br />Barbara L.
