<br />NEW LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />The parties agree that the attached Letter of Agreement between the City and the Union <br />relating to part-time employees shall be re-executed at the time that the new collective <br />bargaining agreement is executed, and that the parties shall accordingly meet within six (6) <br />months thereafter to negotiate the issues set forth in that Letter of Agreement: <br />Local 2681, Ohio Council 8, AFSCME (Union) is supplemented by the following: <br />negotiate the outstanding issues relative to part-time employees as foflows: <br />The Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of North Olmsted (City) and <br />The parties agree to meet within 6 months of the execution of this agreement to <br />Check off/fair share fees <br />unit. <br />2. Grievance Procedure <br />3. Seniority <br />4. Hours of work <br />5. Recall from layoff <br />6. Promotions and bidding <br />7.
