<br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />It is hereby agreed by and between the City of North Olmsted (Employer) and <br />AFSCME Ohio Council 8, Local 2681 (Union), on behalf of the Clerical & Technical Unit <br />employees, that the following provision shall apply only for the term of the Collective <br />Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiated in 2004. <br />The Employer and Union agree that Clerical & Technical Unit employees shall <br />receive, for the contract period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2007, the following wage <br />rate increases: <br />1. July 1, 2004 - 0% <br />2, July 1, 2005 - 4,5% <br />3. July 1, 2006 - 4.5%, <br />In the event that the Employer's Fire Fighter employees, represented by IAFF <br />Local 1267, through fact-finding or conciliation in 2004, receive a total wage rate <br />increase over the term of their contract that exceeds the total wage rate increase <br />received by the Clerical & Technical Unit employees, then the Union shall have the right <br />to meet to work out a comparable wage rate increase for the Clerical & Technical Unit <br />employees. <br />99
