Ordinance No. 2004-175 Senior Rates Monday thru Friday Only: (60 years and older) 9 Holes $7.00 -$10.00 Available to both 18 Holes $14.00 -$18.00 residents and non- residents Gas Cart: 9 Holes $5.00 - $7.00 $5.00 - $7.00 18 Holes $10.00 - $14.00 $10.00 - $14.00 Pull Cart: 9 Holes $1.00 - $1.50 $1.00 - $1.50 18 Holes $2.00 - $2.50 $2.00 - $2.50 Springvale management is authorized, with the approval of the Director of Public Safety and/or the Mayor to have special rates (in-season) as needed to be competitive in the market place. Section 2: That the Fall/Winter Golf rates and charges shall be as follows: That the off-season (October thru April) golf rates and charges shall be amended by Springvale management and be approved by the Director of Public Safety and/or the Mayor. The prices shall be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to (1) market conditions; (2) weather related factors; (3) customer response and/or satisfaction. Section 3: That the Ballroom rental rates and all golf and Ballroom program fees and charges are determined as follows: Ballroom rental will range from $500 to $1,500. The exact Ballroom rental rate, as well as additional fees and charges, to include Ballroom dancing, weddings, New Year's Eve Dinner Dance, golf outings, all food and food services and all other special events shall be set by Springvale Management with the approval from the Director of Public Safety and/or the Mayor. The fees will be based on a standardized charge, depending on the number of persons attending the event, the menu chosen, as well as the cost for any other amenities. All program rates, including any newly established golf or ballroom programs, shall be established through negotiation, the price of which shall be determined by several factors, including but not limited to, (1) the duration of the program; (2) the time that the facility will be leased; (3) the repetitive nature of any type of program; and (4) the services requested. The amount to be charged ar fees to be assessed, with respect to said types of programs, shall be established with the approval of the Director of Public Safety and/or the Mayor."
