<br />« Resolution No. 2004-172 <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect immediately because the Ohio Attorney <br />General has already approved this Settlement Agreement and has stated that there is no just cause of <br />delay; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Cauncil, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATT,?ST.• <br />r?A ARA L.
