, <br />CHAPTER 1126 <br />Commercial and Other Building Permits <br />1126.01 Development plans required. 1126.07 Review by Planning Commission <br />1126.02 Submittal of preliminary plans and 1126.08 Referral by Planning <br />presubmission conference. <br />1126.03 Development plan requirements. <br />manymmawam, <br />1126.05 Submittal of final development plan <br />1126.06 Additional submittal requirements. <br />Commission to Council. <br />1126.09 Procedure for minar changes. <br />1126.10 Expiration of approval. <br />1126.11 Deviations from approved plans <br />prohibited. <br />1126.01 DEVELOPMENT PLANS REQUIRED. <br />(a) Before building permits are issued, development plan approval shall be required for all <br />new development, site improvements, building additions or alterations, or any other lawful <br />improvement to any land, except that which is zoned for single ar two family use. Such <br />development plans shall be submitted to the Building Official for review and approval by the <br />Planning Commission. <br />(b) Once z plan has been approved and implemerited, no owner or occupant of property shall <br />modify the plan without first submitting to the Building Official modification plans and <br />obtaining the approval of the City to such proposed modification. <br />1126.02 SUBMITTAL OF PRELIMINARY PLANS AND PRESUBMISSION <br />CONFERENCE. <br />Prior to submission of final development plans, the applicant shall submit five <br />preliminary copies of the development plans to the Building Department for initial review. The <br />Director of Planning and Building Official shall, within thirty days of the submittal by the <br />applicant, review the plan for general conformance to the development plan requirements of <br />Section 1126.03 ? ?? ? '? ?m <br />?p?? _and request that the applicant attend a presubmission conference to <br />prelimina,rily discuss the application. The applicant shall make, if necessary, corrections, <br />amendments or revisions and resubmit the complete developrnent plans to the Building <br />Department according to Section 1126.0,5. <br />1126.03 DEVELOPMENT PLAN REQUIREMENTS. <br />All development plans or parts thereof shall be prepared and submitted by a State <br />licensed/registered professional such as an engineer, surveyor or architect. The development <br />plans shall include all of the following items, unless waived by the Director of Planning and/or <br />Building Official. <br />(a) Site survev.
