<br />Resolution No. 2004-140 <br />Page 2 <br />• Gessner Road water main replacement and storm sewer from Columbia Road to <br />Walter Road. <br />SECTION 2: The Mayor is further authorized to enter into any agreements as <br />may be necessary and appropriate for obtaining this financial assistance in conjunction <br />with the recommendation of the City Engineer, and approved as to form by the City <br />Director of Law, in accordance with all authority granted and limitations upon by the <br />City Director of Finance. <br />SECTION 3: That four certified copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the <br />City Engineer to be included with said applications. <br />SECTION 4: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the further reason that the deadline for submitting Issue 2 funding <br />applications is less than thirty (30) days away, and funding for these needed capital <br />improvements is critical, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />J'? <br />PASSED : <br />, <br />First Reading: ? 00 <br />Second Reading: b <br />Third Reading: ?- <br />Committee: <br />ATTES7:• <br />BARBAR4 L.
