? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2004-139 <br />BY: Mayor Musial <br />AN ORD/NANCE AMEND/NG RANGE OF COMPENSATION RATES AND SALARY RANGES FOR IXISTING <br />POSITIONS lN THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES FOR THE YEARS 2004 AND 2005; AND <br />OTHERWISE RE-STATING THE COMPENSATION RATE RANGES FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND <br />LEGISLAT/VE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEARS 2004 AND 2005, AND DECLAR/NG AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2003-138, as amended from time to time, established the compensation rate ranges and <br />benefits for the City's various administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2004 through 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to amend compensation rate and salary ranges for two (2) existing positions <br />in the Department of Human Resources (Division of Aging), specifically to change the "Outreach Worker" from part- <br />time hourly to full-time salary and to change the "Activities Coordinator' from full-time salary to part-time hourly, and to <br />otherwise re-establish all of the existing compensation rate ranges for the City's personnel for the year 2004 and 2005, <br />established by Ordinance No. 2003-138, as amended from time to time; and <br />WHEREAS, it is accordingly necessary to amend Section 15 af Ordinance No. 2004-94, the most recently amended <br />version of Ordinance No. 2003-138, to amend Section 15 to address the positions of "Outreach Worker" and "Activities <br />Coordinator (Part-Time)" within the Department of Human Resources (Division of Aging), at the range set forth herein; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Section 95 of Ordinance No. 2004-94 presentlv reads as follows: <br />SECTION 15: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various employees of the Division of <br />Aging. The salaries in this section shall be determined by the Director of Human Resources and the Mayor as <br />appropriate. <br />A. Administrator <br />B. Outreach Worker <br />C. Activities Coordinator <br />D. Craft Instructor <br />E. Nutrition Aides (Part Time) <br />F.
