supervisor wili not perform bargaining unit tasks outside of the Supervisor's normal working hours to deny <br />overtime opportunities to bargaining unit personnel. <br />ARTICLE 38 - CHIPPER AND BRUSH ROTATION <br />Section 1. Assignment to the chipper and brush truck wili be ratated weekly among the available, qualified <br />personnel in the Forestry Crew. A list showing such rotation assignments shall be maintained and will be <br />avaiiabfe for inspection by employees. <br />Section 2. It is agreed, at the Employer's discretion, that on busy roadways there shall be another vehicle <br />available for safety purposes. <br />ARTICLE 39 - JOB DESCRIPTIONS <br />Section 1. The job descriptions attached hereto and marked Exhibits "8" through 111319," effective July <br />1,1995 and shal( become a part of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 40 - BOOT ALLOWANCElTOOL ALLOWANCE & INSURANCE <br />Section 1. All bargaining unifi employees shall receive a boot allowance in the amount listed below each <br />year of this agreement. <br />2004 - Three Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($325) <br />2005 - Three Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($325) <br />2006 - Three Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($325). <br />The aforementioned boot alfowance amounts shall be paid during the first pay period after Ju(y 1st <br />each year of this agreement. The allowance for 2004 shall be paid during the firs4 pay period following the <br />execution of this agreement. <br />Section 2. A(I mechanics, lead mechanics, and mechanic helpers shall receive a tool allowance in the <br />amount listed below each year of this agreement. <br />2004 - Three Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($325) <br />2005 - Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350) 37 <br />
