EXHIBIT B 3 <br />JOB CLASSIFICATtON LABORER "C" <br />RESPONSIBLE TO DIVISION <br />FOREMEN <br />CHARACTERtSTIC DUTtES OF THE CLASSlFICATlON: <br />Empioyees within this job classification shall be capable of performing manual labor under supervision of a <br />foreman or an empioyee af a higher job classification. The work is physically demanding and requires no <br />specialized training or experience. <br />• Duties include refuse labor, ditch and sewer construction and maintenance, road repair and other <br />similar types of physical labor as required. <br />• Employees within the job classification Laborer "C" may operate a woodchipper, hand mower, small <br />power mower, riding mowers, portable tools in connection with their assigned duties. <br />• Emptoyees within the job classification Laborer "C" may operate pick up trucks, pick up trucks with snow <br />plow blade and may be required to operate radia equipment. <br />• Employees within the job classification Labor "C" shall perForm other duties as assigned, within the <br />general character and scope of the duties described above. <br />• Employees shali maintain a valid Commercial Drivers License at all times <br />51
