<br />ARTICLE I <br />In this agreement, whenever the contents indicate, the singulaz or ptural number and the <br />masculine, feminine ar neuter gender, shall be deemed to include the other, the terms "he", "his" and "him" <br />shali refer to an Employee (as herein defined), and the capitalized terms shall have the fol(owing meanings: <br />Ag,reement: <br />Auerieved Partv: <br />This agreement including all amendments thereto. <br />Any Employee or Ernployees within the Assaciation <br />filing a grievance. <br />Association: <br />Basic Hourly Rate of Pay„for Line Personnel: <br />Basic Hourlv rate of Pay for Staff Personnel: <br />Board of Health: <br />Call Back: <br />Cantain: <br />Local 1267 I.A.F.F. <br />For personnel that work a 51.7 hour work week, that <br />rate of pay equal to the total annual salary of an <br />Employee divided by 2688,4 hours. Effective Jannary <br />l, 2003 for personnel that work a 50.4 hour work <br />week, that rate uf pay equal to the total annual salary <br />of an Employee divided by 2620.8 hours. <br />For personneI that work a 40 hour work week, that <br />rate of pay equal to the total annuat salary of an <br />Empioyee divided by 2080 hours. <br />The Cuyahoga County Board of Health. <br />The time an Employee is called back to work and <br />which is commonly understood by the Employer and <br />the Association as call back time. <br />An individual having the rank of Captain in the Fire <br />Department. <br />5
