Ordinance No. 2004-126 <br />(1) Clerk of Commissions for all municipal bodies except as otherwise provided <br />in this paragraph (a) of Section 109.02; <br />(2) Clerk of Council for the City Council, all Council Committees, the Ethics <br />Commission, all Assessment Equalization Boards, and the Charter Review <br />Commission; <br />Resource Department Secretary for the Human Relations Advisory <br />`5) Mayor's Secretary for the Board of Control, *" uesing ro„^^il, _ +h° T <br />T t:.,, Dev:e-: •Cot„=='_, and the Fair Housing Review Board; and <br />`6) Recreation Commission Secretary for the Parks and Recreation Commission. <br />(b) "Day" means a calendar day. <br />(c) "Meeting" means any prearranged discussion of the public business of <br />a Municipal body by a majority of the members of the Municipal body. <br />(d) "Municipal body" means each of the following: <br />(1) Council; <br />(2) The Board of Zoning Appeals; <br />(3) The Board of Building Code Appeals; <br />(4) The Planning Commission; <br />(5) The Civil Service Commission; <br />(6) Assessment Equalization Boards; <br />(7) The Parks and Recreation Commission; <br />(8) The Board of Control; <br />(9) The Human Resources Advisory Board; <br />(10) The Landmarks Commission; <br />(11) The Cultural Activities Commission; <br />(12) The Housing Council; <br />(13) The Tax Incentive Review Council; <br />(I4) The Fair Housing Review Board; <br />(15) The Ethics Commission; <br />(16) The Architectural Review Board; <br />(17) The Charter Review Commission; <br />(18) Any other board or commission created by the Charter or by City <br />ordinance; <br />(19) Any committee of any of the above municipal bodies comprised of <br />members of such bodies if such committee is: <br />(a) comprised of a majority of the members of any such municipal body; <br />or <br />(b) is a decision-making committee. <br />(e) "Oral notification" means notification given orally either in person or by telephone, <br />directly to the person for whom such notification is intended, or by leaving an oral <br />message for such person at the address, or if by telephone at the telephone number, <br />of such person as shown on the records kept by the Clerk under this chapter. <br />(f) "Post" means to post in an area accessible to the public during the usual business <br />hours at the North Olmsted City Hall and the North Olmsted Public Library. A <br />notice identifying the locations at which notifications will be posted pursuant to this <br />chapter shall be published by the Clerk within ten calendar days following the <br />adoption of any ordinance which changes the locations at which notifications must <br />be posted. <br />(g) "Special meeting" means a meeting which is neither a regular meeting nor an <br />adjournment of a regular or special meeting to another time or day to consider items <br />specifically stated on the origmal agenda or such regular or special meeting. <br />?.:,? .?? . . .?.
