CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -110 BY: Mayor Musial A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF FIYE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS ($5,190.00)) TO JEFF MARSHALL FOR COSTUMES FOR THE MAY21, 2004 ICE SHOW. WHEREAS, the Recreation Department held its annual Ice Show on May 21, 2004 and had costumes rented for said show personally paid for by Jeff Marshall; WHEREAS, at the time, sufficient funds had been appropriated by this Council and were on hand to pay Jeff Marshall the invoice amount of Five Thousand One Hundred Ninety ($5,190.00) Dollars; and WHEREAS, through inadvertence, a purchase order certifying that funds had been appropriated and were on hand to pay the invoice, and authorizing payment of this invoice, was not requested from the Director of Finance until May 27, 2004; and WHEREAS, Jeff Marshall has personally paid for the rental of said costumes; and WHEREAS, pursuant to RC. Section 5705.41(D), payment to Jeff Marshall, pursuant to the purchase order requested may not be made by the Director of Finance until authorized by this Council; and N'HEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Director of Finance to pay to Jeff Marshall for the rental of costumes for the May 21, 2004 Ice Show the agreed contract price of Five Thousand One Hundred Ninety ($5,190.00) Dollars; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the Director of Finance be, and she hereby is, authorized to pay to Jeff Marshall the sum of Five Thousand One Hundred Ninety ($5,190.00) Dollars for the rental of costumes for the Ice Show held on May 21, 2004.
