<br />NOW TBEREFORE, the CITY and CONTRACTOR, each acknowledging the <br />sufficiency of the consideration contained in the terms and conditions of the Agreement, <br />agree as follows: <br />SECTION 1. BASIC SERVICES. <br />1.1 The SERVICES required to be performed by CONTRACTOR under this <br />Agreement shall be the basic services performed in prior years. <br />11 The scope and details of such basic services are described in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />SECTION 2. ADDITIONAL SERVICES. <br />2.1 Na additional services are expected to be required by CONTRACTOR. <br />However, should the providing of any additional services become necessary, any such <br />additional required services wi11 be separate from the Section 1- Basic Services, and will <br />be considered an Optional Service that may be undertaken only upon written authorization <br />by the CITY. <br />SECTION 3. CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES. <br />3. l The CITY shall do the following in a timely manner: <br />3.1.1 Designate a CITY representative having the authority to give to <br />CONTRACTOR instructions, receive information and define the <br />CTTY' S policies and make decisions. <br />3.12 Provide all criteria and information needed by CONTRACTOR <br />regarding the CITY' S requirements, including budgetary limitations. <br />3.1.3 Provide to CONTRACTOR all available data and information in the <br />possession of the CITY, as needed by CONTRACTOR, relevant to his <br />services. This data and information may include: (1) data prepared by <br />others, and (2) other necessary data and consultations.
