Ordinance No. 2004-14 <br />the west side of Clague Road immediately to the north of the old Cupachino Building on the <br />northwest corner of Clague and Lorain Roads, is changed from one family residence district use <br />to general retail business district use. A true and accurate copy of the legal description for said <br />parcels, as well as a map depicting the parcels, is attached to this Ordinance as, respectively, <br />Exhibits "A" and "B." <br />SECTION 2: That the City Engineer be and he hereby is directed to amend the Zone <br />Map of the City of North Olmsted so that when amended, the said Zone Map will disclose that <br />the zoning classification of the said parcels of land described in Section 1 hereof has been <br />changed from one family residence district to general retail business district, and that said parcels <br />of land may be thereafter used only in accordance with the uses permitted and the regulations <br />provided in the General Retail Business District of the City pursuant to the applicable provisions <br />of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted as they may be from time to time amended. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: 0 a y? <br />First Reading: o( 3 D 7`_ <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: 0 _ <br />Committee: <br />ATT?T.• <br />i <br />--+-- <br />ARBARA L.
