WARRANTY OF HARDWARE SYSTEM SIZING VENDOR warrants the that the sizing of the system's hard disk drive storage capacity is configured for the maximum number of active concurrent users as delineated in CITY's RFP and will meet CITY's requirements as stated in the VENDOR's proposal as amended by replacement pages set forth in Exhibit C. This warranty of hard disk drive sizing of storage is limited to XXX XXXX specific application modules and data as specified in the VENDOR's proposal as amended by replacement pages set forth in Exhibit C. CITY agrees that for the purpose of establishing compliance with this warranty, that it will limit this agreement to no more than three (3) fiscal years of storage of software application data. VENDOR warrants that the system processor and memory that houses and processes the software applications is configured for the maximum number of active concurrent users as delineated in CITY's RFP and will meet CITY's requirements as stated in the VENDOR's proposal. This warranty will be demonstrated and tested by three specific operator queries. For the following specified queries the system will respond with a 1- second average response time as defined in the Exhibits and a maximum of a 3-second response time: APPLICATION OUERY In the event the hardware is determined by CITY to be insufficient in hard disk storage size, or processing speed capability or power, VENDOR shall within 30 days of determination of undersizing, provide at no additional cost to CITY either a replacement unit or additional hardware to satisfy the sizing requirements. Specifically, if the system is unable to accommodate hard disk drive storage due to xxx xxxx applications and data exceeding the projected storage sizes as stated by the VENDOR in VENDOR's response to the CITY's RFP, VENDOR will furnish at no charge to the CITY the added hard disk drive storage, or other upgraded or replacement hardware as is required. Specifically, if the system is unable to provide response time as defined herein and in Exhibits, VENDOR will furnish at no charge to the CITY the added memory, processors, or other upgraded or replacement hardware as is required.
