AP 1099 by entity, with magnetic reporting <br />5. NYS Retirement by entity, with magnetic filing <br />6. Payroll ACH deposits, Federal and State reporting, magnetic filing <br />7. Separate GL reporting of each entity, and consolidate reporting <br />OHIO STATE TAX <br />The acceptance testing routines for Ohio State Tax capability is as follows: <br />1. Verification of transfer from RPS <br />2. Accurate collection via scanner <br />3. Proper interest and penalty calculations and posting by field <br />4. ASCII report on disk to County <br />5. Accurate billing from RPS <br />WORKER'S COMPENSATION REPORTING <br />The City needs to accumulate wages paid (W-2) to employees by the type of work <br />(Worker's Compensation Classification) being performed. The task being performed <br />will be derived by the employee's master file or a table of task definitions which will <br />need to be established and maintained. These task definitions will associate an <br />appropriate WC Classification Code, also maintained in a table. Premium rates are <br />established for each WC Classification and will have to be maintained annually. All <br />wages paid will need to be reported by department, employee, task, WC Classification, <br />and include a premium calculation. <br />Certain types of wages are excludable from the WC Wage Base. Overtime premium <br />(50% of the 150% payment), Insurance premium buyout payments, Terminal Pay for <br />unused sick time are also excludable from WC wage base.
