ARTICLE 30 <br />IN-SERVICE TRAINING PAY <br />30.1 Each mernber of the bargaining unit shall receive in-service training pay annually in the amount <br />of Four Huncired Dollars ($400.00), provided tha.t (a) the member maintained his or her in-service <br />training requirements in the prior year, and (b) the City, during all or any portion of the prior year, <br />employed no more than two full-time corrections officers in the police department. <br />ARTICLE 31 <br />DURATION <br />29.1 This Agreement represents an understanding between the City and the F.O.P./Ohio <br />Labor Council, and it shall be effective as of January l, 2004, and remain in full force and <br />effective until December 31, 2006, and from year to year thereafter, unless at least ninety (90) <br />days prior to that expiration date, or any anniversary date thereof, either party provides written <br />notice to the other af any intent to modify or terminate this Agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this a ?`day <br />of __/ <br />2004. <br />,c 7 <br />16 For the FAP. <br /> <br />OTTO HOLM <br />FOP/OLC STAFF PRESENT <br />KEYIN CURTIS <br />CORRECTIONS OFFICER <br />For the City of North Olmsted <br />?,??`°"?:?z- ,a°? :sd?.•?'?e?'--°? <br />MAY4R N4RMAN T.
