MEMQRANDUM OF UNNDERSTANDING <br />It is hereby agreed by and between the City of North Olmsted (Employer) and the <br />Fraternal Order of Police/OLC (Union) that the following provision sha.ll apply to the Collective <br />Bargaining Agreement (CBA). <br />In the event any other employee bargaining unit who is negotiating for a successor CBA, <br />other than units of the FOP/OLCI, receives through negotiations, fact-finding or conciliation, any <br />economic benefit that exceeds the increase in economic benefits received by this bargaining unit <br />of the FOP/OLCI, then the Union shall have the right to meet to work out comparable benefits <br />for the Union. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto to hereby execute this Memorandum of <br />Understanding on this ) ? day of February, 2004. <br />FOR THE UNION: <br />? <br />uncil, Inc. <br />X <br />F.O.P <br />FOR THE EMPLOYER: <br />City of North Olmsted <br />46
