r E?GREEMENT b8$V6'eCn CITY OF NORTH Oi.1VIS'TED, OHIO and .TERRY LUDVIK for GOLF PRO SERVICES at SPItiNGVALE GOLF COITRSE THIS AGREEMENT made at North Olmsted, Ohio, on the day of 2004 by and between the City of NORTH OLMSTEIJ, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 [hereinafter referred to as "CITY"], and JERRY LUDVIK [hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR"]; VdTMREAS, on or about November 25, 1999, the City of North Olrnsted entered into an Agreement [hereinafter, the "CONTR.AC'T"] with 7erry Ludvik to provide Golf Pro services at the City's Springvale Golf Course [hereinafter referred to a.s the "SERVICES"]; and WBEIZEAS, the CITY' S Council, pursuant to Ordinance Nos. 2000-162, 200 I- 45, 2002-68 and 2004-10 authorized the Mayor to renew said C(3NTRACT for the SERVICES for the periods commencing April 1 and ending December 31 for the years 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003; and WHEREAS, the CITY has determined that CONTRACTOR is the individual most qualified to provide the CITY with the SEIZVICES needed at a price which is fair and reasonable to the CITY, and the Council, pwsuant to Ordinance No. 2004- has authorized the Mayor to enter into a new Agreement with CONTRACTOR for the period April l, 2004, through December 31, 2004;
