<br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />DONATION OF FIELD RECONDITIONING SERVICES <br />I, Brad Friedel, agree to donate the following field reconditioning services to Fields 4, 5, 6 <br />& 7 at the Barton-Bradley Soccer Fields owned by the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, in Spring <br />2004, on the terms and conditions that follow: <br />1. DescriQtion of Services to be Donated. Estimated Va1ue: <br />A. Two professional groundkeepers from <br />Blackburn, England, two Ohio State field <br />specialists, fees and expenses. $ 7,000.00 <br />B. Seed. $ 700.00 <br />C. Fertilizer (third week in April). $ 4,000.00 <br />D. Fertilizer (second week in May). $ 2,000.00 <br />E. Root Zone Top Dressing. $ 1,800.00 <br />F. Any excess water, and repair of <br />excess wear and tear of equipment. Actual Costs <br />TOTAL ESTIMATED VALLTE OF DONATION: $15,500.00 <br />2. Terms and Conditions of Donation: <br />a. This donation is contingent upon the City of North Olmsted, in Spring 2004, <br />installing a water line to the middle of Barton-Bradley Soccer Fields that will be <br />sufficient to provide immediate access to water for a sprinkler system to be <br />provided by the North Olmsted Soccer Organization ("NOSO") and used to water <br />the Barton-Bradley Soccer Fields. <br />b. City of North Olmsted will provide Brad Friedel, NOSO, and their respective <br />employees, contractors, and volunteers with access as needed to Barton-Bradley <br />Soccer Fields to provide said field reconditioning services and installation of a <br />water sprinkler system. Friedel and NOSO, and their respective employees, <br />contractors and volunteers agree to abide by all North Olmsted Parks and <br />Recreation Area Rules and Regulations, the ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted, and to execute releases, if requested by City, to protect the City against <br />any and all claims of liability that may arise out of any activities conducted by <br />Friedel and/or NOSO, or any of their respective employees, contractors or <br />volunteers at Barton-Bradley Soccer Fields while providing any of the services <br />described herein. <br />Dated: <br />Brad Friedel <br />e ;,r _ • ? .?..,???;??- ?:-.. ? ??? ?.????,.,. ?. . i a. , ,?a,?>.b?.- ? . ? . ?, ,?.?; . .4 :. ,.:. • <br />?
