SECTION 2: That the foliowing salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Law. <br />The salaries in this section shall be determined by the Director of Law as appropriate. <br />FROM TO <br />2004 2005 <br />A. Director of Law (established through separate Ordinance 2000-128) <br />B. Assistant Director of Law 1,578.27 2,611.08 2,663.30 Biweekly <br />C. City Prosecutor 769.23 1,391.46 1,419.29 Biweekly <br />D. Legal Secretary I (salary range, but not authority to determine the Secretary's <br />salary, is the same as established in Section 4) <br />E. Law Clerk 12.00 15.45 15.76 Per Hour <br />SECTION 3: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Finance. <br />The salaries in this section shall be determined by the Director of Finance as appropriate. <br />FROM TO <br />2004 2005 <br />A. Director of Finance (established through separate Ordinance 2000-128) <br />B. Assistant Director of Finance 1,346.15 2,093.84 2,135.71 Biweekly <br />C. Electronic Data Processing Technician 620.19 1,336.58 1,363.31 Biweekly <br />D. Bookkeeper A/Part Time 12.62 17.71 18.06 Per Hour <br />E. Secretary I (salary range, but not authority to determine the Secretary's <br />salary, is the same as established in Section 4) <br />SECTION 4: That the salary for nonbargaining unit Secretary I and Secretary II full and part time positions shall be <br />determined by the Mayor, Director and/or Division Leader and be no greater than the highest step of the collective <br />bargaining agreement for the respective positions plus 2.5%. <br />SECTION 5: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for legislative employees for the office of <br />Council. The salaries in this section shall be determined by the President of Council as appropriate. <br />FROM TO <br />2004 2005 <br />A. Clerk of Council 855.19 1,560.32 1,591.52 Biweekly <br />B. Assistant to the Clerk of Council 656.54 717.42 731.77 Biweekly <br />C. Temporary Clerk of Council shall receive $15 per hour, per meeting and not less than $25 per meeting. <br />SECTION 6: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various employees employed in the <br />Department of Public Service and Properties, as well as Public Works Division. The salaries in this section shall <br />be determined by the Director of Public Service and the Mayor as appropriate. <br />FROM TO <br />2004 2005 <br />A. Public Works Commissioner 1,346.15 2,283.96 2,329.64 Biweekly <br />B. Service Department Foreman 1,129.62 2,011.44 2,051.67 Biweekly <br />C.
