The salaries in this section shall be determined by the Director of Public Safety and <br />the Mayor as appropriate. <br /> FROM TO <br /> 2004 2005 <br />A. Facility Operations Manager 1,346.15 2,17927 2,222.85 Biweekly <br />B. Course/Facility Maintenance Supervisor 1,076.92 1,601.69 1,633.73 Biweekly <br />C. Wage 16.883 17.22 Per Hour <br />(including part-time personnel <br />SECTION 15: That all pay ranges and amounts established will be effective no earlier than January 1 st of the <br />respective year. Salaries specified in this Ordinance shall be paid by the Director of Finance on a biweekly basis. <br />SECTION 16: That upon the approval of the Mayor or respective Director, all full-time personnel listed within this <br />Ordinance, with the exception of those holding Elected or Director positions, Police Chief and Fire Chief listed in <br />this Ordinance will be paid time and one-half of their straight time rates of pay for hours worked in excess of eight <br />(8) hours in any one day; and time and one-half of their straight time rate of pay for hours worked in excess of forty <br />(40) hours in any one work week. Double time shall be paid to said employees for Sundays and Holidays provided <br />they have worked at least forty (40) hours in any one work week. <br />SECTION 17: That all full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance having completed five (5) years of full-time <br />service as an employee of the city shall be paid an additional four percent (4%) of their base annual salary; <br />thereafter until completion of their tenth (10th) year of full-time service after which such employee shall receive five <br />percent (5%) of their base annual salary; thereafter until completion of their fifteenth (15th) year of full-time service, <br />such employee shall receive six percent (6%) of their base annual salary; until after the completion of the twentieth <br />(20th) year of full-time service, and during each year of full-time service thereafter, they shall receive seven <br />percent (7%) of their base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />SECTION 18: That all full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance shall receive the following holidays off, <br />unless required to work by their supervisor or the Mayor in emergencies, and shall receive their regular rate of <br />pay: New Year's Day; Presidents' Day; one-half (1/2) day on Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; <br />Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; one-half (1/2) day on Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; one-half (1/2) day on New <br />Year's Eve Day; employee's birthday; and two floating holidays. These holidays are not eligible for buy back and if <br />not taken after 12 months they can no longer be used. <br />Page 5 of 11
