<br />The following schedule shall apply if a development comprises less than 12,000
<br />square feet of building area:
<br />(o) Medical and dental offices 5 per each doctor and each

<br />(p) Furniture, appliance, 3.5 per 1,000 square feet
<br />equipment and wholesale of floor area
