hereinafter rnade as are not substantially adverse to the City and which are approved by <br />both the Mayor and the Director of Law. The character of any such changes as not being <br />substantially adverse to the City sha11 be evidenced conclusively by the execution of the <br />Agreement by the Mayar and the approval of the Agreement by the Director of Law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declaxed to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare <br />of this City, and for the further reason that this Ordinance is required to be immediately <br />effective to enable the City to evaluate, maintain and improve its computer systems and to <br />integrate them with the new Financial Accounting Information Systems and further <br />provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of 0 members of Council, it <br />sha1l take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />BARBARA L.
