' Resolution No. 2004-82 <br />SECTION 1: That, upon approval of the Board of Control, the Mayor be and is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a renewal agreement with Jeffrey A. Grusenmeyer & <br />Associates, Inc. to serve as Plans Examiner for the City of North Olmsted Building <br />Department for a new one-year term from July 2, 2004 to July l, 2005. Said agreement shall <br />be in the form of the Agreement attached to this Resolution as "Exhibit A," with only such <br />changes therein as are not substantially adverse to the City and which are approved by both the <br />Mayor and the Director of Law. The character of any such changes as not being substantially <br />adverse to the City shall be evidenced conclusively by the execution of the agreement by the <br />Mayor and the approval of the agreement by the Director of Law. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare, of <br />this City, and for the further reason that it is necessary that this legislation go into effect <br />immediately in order that the City Building Department have continued access to a Class II <br />plans examiner in order to maintain the Department's state certification; and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />l ? ?
