Atl <br />parts needed will be disoaunted 10 percent. <br />LK HEATING & COOIING, INC. wil( endeavor to render prompt service hereunder, but it is <br />egressly agreed that LK HEATiNG & COOLING, INC. shall in no event be Gabie for damage <br />or loss caused by delay or arry loss arising out of the performanoe of this Agreement. <br />THE CIT'Y OF NORTH OLMSTED - COMMUNITY CENTER agrees ip operate the equipment <br />per our recommendations and to permit only LK HEATING & COOLING, INC. technicians bo <br />work on the equipment. <br />IXCLUDED FROM THI5 AGREEMENT ARE THE FOLLOWING: <br />Any repair5 required because of negligence, misuse of equipment or berause of fire, flood, <br />Acts af God, shortages of elechical, gas or water supply, sabotage or damage caused by <br />freeaing. <br />This Agreement bemmes e?ffecave when signed and paid, and oontinues fnr one (1) year <br />thereafter. <br />
