<br />SBC MIDWEST <br />EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT <br />NORTH OLMSTED POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />ANNEX 1 <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Environmentals <br />SBC Midwest and the North Olmsted Police Department have agreed that a safe and healthy work environment witl <br />be provided to our respective employees and that each will comply with aIl Iocal, state and federat laws and <br />regulations relating to job safety. <br />It is the customer's responsibility to make known and correct any environmental or safety hazards that may be <br />encountered during the work operations, including but not limited to the presence of friable asbestos. <br />SBC Midwest Responsibilities (Generai) <br />Provide a Project Manager (PM) to manage the implementation of the proposed system. <br />The PM will be responsible for the following: <br />Serve as a central point of contact for all SBC Midwest project related issues (e.g. client relationship issues, training <br />coordination, change orders and project related correspondence. <br />Conduct a site evaluation of the proposed equipment room(s) prior to equipment shipment. <br />SBC Midwest Responsibi(ities (Specific) <br />SBC Midwest will install a Positron LifeLine 100 E9-1-1 PSAP system and related equipment described in the <br />"DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED" to work with 3 existing E9-1-1 trunks. The LifeLine 100 will be <br />connected to 6 button KTLs. The two positions of panel mounted display equipment are to be installed in the <br />dispatching area replacing existing equipment. The new desk mount unit is to be located at the "back up" answering <br />position. Two new ALI retrieval modems to be eonnected to existing ALI data circuits. The remote maintenance <br />modem will be connected to a city supplied analog telephone line. CAD output to connect to customer's CAD <br />system. The printer is to be tocated in the dispatch area as a Demand Printer. <br />SBC Midwest will test the system and train the appropriate users. <br />Work will be performed during normal business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to the greatest extent possible <br />Total Scope of Work <br />
