?., ? u . . . _ <br />Community Service Program, established and operated by the Department of Human <br />Resources of the City of North Olmsted, based upon the Community Diversion Program <br />model and procedures. The Agreement shall be in such form and substance as not <br />inconsistent herewith, provided further that a11 material terms are approved by the <br />Director of Law as not adverse to the City's interest, and which are incorporated herein <br />by reference, and are in all respects hereby approved. <br />SECTION 2: That funds received from the North Olmsted City School District in <br />connection with the Coordinated Community Service Program shall be placed in the <br />Human Resources/Community Diversion Program Fund; and any funds necessary to <br />carry out the Coordinated Community Service Program shall be paid from the Human <br />Resources/Community Diversion Program Fund. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect <br />immediately so as to continue the provision of service without interruption and to receive <br />funding immediately available from the School District to assist with the operating <br />budget for the program, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED:'??-ti- First Reading: <br />?
