SECTION 2. COMPENSATION <br />1. For the completion of the services in Subsection 1.1, above (and outlined in more <br />detail in Attachment 1), the fees and expenses for D. B. Hartt, Inc. will not exceed Twenty-Two <br />Thousand Dollars ($22,000.00). Fees and expenses for th.ese services include: Consultant's <br />attendance at 'I'hree (3) formal review meerings with the Steering Committee; One (1) joint review <br />meeting with community representatives (i.e. Service Director, City Engineer, Recreation Director, <br />and Safety Director); Twenty (20) copies of a11 interim reports and report-size (up to 11" x 17") <br />maps; and One (1) copy and One (1) compact disc of the final documents prepared pursuant to this <br />Agreement. <br />2. Services will be undertaken on a time plus expenses basis up to the maximum <br />amounts in Subsection 2.1, at the CONSULTANT'S current hourly rates: David B. Hartt - One <br />Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00)/hour; Kristin Hopkins - Ni.nety Dollars ($90.00)/hour; planners <br />and graphics support, as needed - Fifty ($50.00) to Eighty ($80.00) Dollars/hour. <br />3. Invoices will be submitted monthly based on the work completed and will be due <br />upon receipt. All invoices will summarize the services rendered and the hours incurred by each <br />employee. <br />SECTION 3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />1. David B. Harit will provide general oversight to the project. Kristin M. Hopkins, <br />AICP and Principal Planner, will be the project manage.r, assume overall responsibility for <br />formulating the Comprehensive Master Plan, coordinate the acriviries of the Consultants, and attend <br />the Steering Committee meerings. Otherwise, the CONSULTANT shall be solely responsible and <br />have sole authority to designate and determine which persannel are to perform services and the <br />manner, rime, and method in which such services shall be pro-vided. <br />
