I North Olmsted Gymnastics, Inc. I
Schedule "A"
Appraisal Explanation
On June 2, 1999, an appraisal of a11 equipment in the gym was conducted by Toledo P.E.
Supply, a trusted supplier of gymnastics equipment who serves many gyms in the area. For the
sake of clarity, the figures obtained from this appraisal were not changed due to the current age
and the life expectancy of the equipment. All of said equipment was purchased "used" and has,
for all intents and purposes, maintained the original appraised value (depreciation values were
"calculated" using replacement costs of the equipment (new) and the determined age of the
equipment. The value of the equipment has "tapered offl' and has lost little, if any, value at this
point). This equipment is listed on pages 2-4 of "Equipment Owned by N.O. Gymnastics" as
well as page 5 showing "Equipment Jointly Owned" and "Equipment Owned by Rec. Center."
The figures on page 5 are used in Schedule "B" and show a grand total of all equipment to be
purchased by N.O. Gymnastics, Inc. in the lower right-hand corner of the page ($3,285.00).
Page One (1) of Schedule "A" lists all equipment purchased after said appraisal, and
depreciation values were assigned based on a 20 to 30 year life expectancy (depending on the
nature of the equipment). Please Note: T'he items on Page 1 that appear in a"grayed"
background were purchased used in lump sum" form . The total value of this purchase is
shown on the top listed item; thus, all remaining items show a value of $0.00 with a 0%
depreciation. Once again, this was done for clarity's sake, as these items are not needed for
Schedule "B" calculations. Also Note: The top four items on the page were just purchased and
received, so a 0% depreciation value was assigned. Again, these items do not affect Schedule
"B" figures.
T'he remaining pages of Schedule "A" (pages 2-5) list the June 2, 1999 appraised items
and the new purchases, and are organized by the area of the gym and the function in which they
serve.
.. . . . ... . ....
